How It Started
From a Simple Idea
to a Full Experience
Bar and Bites was founded in 2022 in Orlando, Florida, born from a simple idea bringing more than just drinks to events. What started as a passion for craft cocktails and creative food has grown into a full-service mobile bar and small bites catering company serving all of Central Florida.
We spent years refining recipes, crafting custom drink menus, and dreaming big before launching. Today, we bring the bar and the kitchen to you, complete with licensed bartenders, professional service, handcrafted cocktails, and interactive food stations that turn every event into a celebration your guests will talk about for years.
From weddings and corporate galas to private parties and quinceañeras, every event we touch gets the same commitment: quality ingredients, personal service, and an experience that feels uniquely yours.

Bar and Bites is proudly woman-owned. Two founders, one shared passion for cocktails, creativity, culinary art and connecting people through unforgettable experiences.
Kayla Glaser
Co-Owner & Mixologist
Originally from Colorado, Kayla moved to Florida in 2019 and brought her love for craft cocktails with her. With over 10 years in hospitality and culinary arts starting as a chef at Disney before launching her own bar and catering company, she brings both technical skill and creative flair to every event. Her favorite events are weddings. There’s nothing she loves more than crafting drinks for a celebration of love.

Co-Owner & Mixologist
Paula moved to Florida from Venezuela in 2018 with a deep love for bold flavors and warm hospitality. She's the one making sure every detail and timeline are covered, so the celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish. Like Kayla, weddings are her favorite events. She thrives on the energy of a celebration in full swing.
